Prepare to present

Oral Session Guideline

Oral presenters are recommended to bring a USB stick to upload their presentations on the session room desktop by the break time prior to your session.
Whether you are using your own laptop or the desktop provided at the session venue, please review your presentation in advance to ensure that all fonts display correctly and all audio/video clips function properly.

The meeting room will contain the following:
-Desktop computer running Microsoft Windows with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader
-LCD projector (screen size 16:9; connected through HDMI cable)
-Podium microphone
-Projection pointer

For 30-minutes invited talk, please allocate about 25 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A.

Poster Session Guideline

Poster preparation: Please print and bring your poster to the meeting. The maximum allowable size is 900 mm (width) × 1200 mm (height). For reference, the standard A0 size is 841 mm × 1,189 mm.

Poster setup: The poster session will take place in John Hannah Hall, located on the same level as the oral session hall. Please set up your poster by 5:00 PM on the designated board marked with your poster number. Your poster number can be found in the meeting program. Push pins or Velcro will be provided for mounting.

Poster presentatiion: The poster session will run from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on July 9. A light meal will be available during the session.
